Terms & Conditions

Protection of Privacy and Information Utilization

We value your privacy. If you wish for the information you provide to remain confidential, we are willing to draft a Non-Disclosure Agreement agreed upon by both parties. Otherwise, 1st Estimator retains the right to use project details for marketing purposes, such as Customer feedback.

Prices may fluctuate based on contractors, regions, Suppliers, and other factors. We are committed to supporting you every step of the way, Attending to any issues, Implementing changes, and we collaborate to finalize your pricing.

We use Stripe Online Payments to safeguard your financial details, Facilitating convenient payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple pay, Cashapp or Zelle. Upon receiving your project blueprints and reviewing your requirements, we will send you a quotation, a Stripe Invoice, and a proposed delivery date. You can conveniently make payments using your mobile device, desktop, or by contacting us directly at (833) 538-0787 once you accept the quotation.

Typically, you can expect to receive an estimate within 2 to 3 business days after accepting the quote and completing payment. Please note that the timeframe may vary based on the project scope and complexity, potentially causing delays ranging from a few hours to several days.

Please be aware that 1st Estimator cannot be responsible, if a Contractor misses a bid deadline, and refunds are only Achievable if the estimate is canceled within 2 hours of payment. Once our team begins work on your project, refunds will not be issued.

If 5 days have passed since delivery of the estimate, we cant offer a full refund. However we can offer an exchange or an estimate for a new project in case of major errors im material takeoffs, we do not take guarantee of pricing.

Messaging Terms & Conditions

  • You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from 1st Estimators. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at info@1stestimator.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
  • No mobile information will be shared with any third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or obtained by any third parties. If you wish to be removed from receiving future communications, you can opt out at any time by texting STOP or contacting us at info@1stestimator.com.
  • When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
  • By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from 1st Estimators LLC. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
  • Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with 1st Estimators LLC. 1st Estimators LLC reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. 1st Estimators LLC also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number or alphanumeric sender where messages are sent
  • Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from 1st Estimators LLC again, just sign up as you did the first time and 1st Estimators LLC will start sending messages to you again.
  • We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to a change to these Messaging Terms, you should cancel your enrolment with our messaging program. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
  • All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
