Privacy, Payment & Project Terms with 1st Estimator
1st Estimator is all about partnerships, and with partnerships, comes trust and clarity. This page explains how we operate with your privacy, the specifics of your projects, payments, and communications. With the use of our services, you agree to these terms.
Privacy & Use of Project Information
Your privacy is very important to us and if you’d like to keep your projects details to yourself (or your teams) we can enter into a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and feel free to keep your details to yourself. If you give us your project details, we have the right to use the details (in summary form, with your identity and specifics protected) to promote ourselves and advertise our services.
Note: Pricing can only be finalized after accounting for the region, the contractors available, and the quotes from suppliers. The estimates we provide you with outline the details, and we will work with you to finalize the pricing.
Secure Payments & Process
The security of your financial data is very important to us. We use Stripe, which is a PCI compliant and secure payment
platform. We take the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards
- Zelle
- Cash App
- Apple Pay
Payment Process:
- We analyze the plans and requirements of the project.
- After that you get a formal proposal, a Stripe invoice, and a timeline of delivery.
- Once you make the payment and agree to the proposal, our team starts.
To pay, you can use the invoice on any device, or you can call (833) 538-0787.
Delivery Timelines & Refund Policy
We focus on being clear and efficient in our promises to you.
Standard Delivery: Estimates are usually sent within 2-3 business days after quotes are accepted and payments are processed.
Complex Projects: Large and/or intricate projects may take additional time, which we will communicate to you in advance.
Our Refund Policy is as follows:
Refunds can be issued within two hours with no work started on your project.
Refunds can no longer be issued once estimators begin working on your project.
Refunds cannot be issued once 5 days have passed since an estimate has been delivered. We can either exchange or credit a
new project estimate if there has been a clear oversite with a material takeoff.
We provide estimates on material and labor. We cannot guarantee actual contractor or supplier pricing. It is up to the client to
check pricing in their area before putting out the bids.
1st Estimator is not liable for contractors who miss their bid submission deadline based on our estimates.
Estimates are meant for bid and budget purposes only. They are not valid for legal or court use.
Communications Policy (SMS/Text Messages)
By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive informational and promotional text messages from 1st Estimator LLC.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive appointment reminders, project updates, and account notifications.
- Consent & Opt-Out: Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP. For help.

- Charges: Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We are not liable for delays.
- Privacy: We will never share your mobile number with third parties for marketing.
- Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the messaging program.
